Nano-Brain Society ARC Travel Fellowship

Nano-Brain Society ARC Travel Fellowship was established to sponsor attendance at biomedical conferences for eligible ARC grant awardees in China, to advance their Nano-Brain research.

Applicants are encouraged to apply for Nano-Brain Society ARC Travel Fellowship so that they can use the funding to assist in leverage of additional funding. Support will vary from year to year depending on the Society finances, meeting location and the number of applicants.

Eligibility:

·       The candidate must be active ARC grant awardees with research projects in the field of Nano-Brain

·       The candidate cannot receive 2 consecutive travel grants

Nature of Grant:

The grantee of the Nano-Brain Society ARC Travel Fellowship receives the following for attending conferences:

·       A complimentary registration to the conference

·       Up to ¥ 10,000 (RMB) for airfare (economy class), transportation, and lodging expenses.

NOTE:

All receipts must be submitted within 30 days of the event to be reimbursed. Each recipient will be responsible for booking their own hotel and flights. We do not release funds nor book flights or accommodations prior to any conference.

Funding is contingent on presentation of poster or oral at the conference and submission of a 250 word report with picture to our Society website newsletter.
